The stock index in 1997 is 17000. And, it is now 23000. Why the house price could not go back to 1997 ? My friend buy amoy gdn at 0.18M in 1980. And, why I bought it at 2.6M in 1997. And, why the government told me my house could not reach a higher price because others could not afford ?
Some friends bought a house at $4000 / square feet in 1997 and now it is still $3000, in N.T.
Why their price could not go back to 1997 , while US dollars has decreased value so much ?

Could I ask Government to offer me Amoy gdn at the price of 1980 (0.18M) ?

Governement should build more public house for those could not afford !!!

Government should not control market price !!! We are proud of HK because of its freedom in market.
