Just had a happy hour drink with my hubby & his colleaque last nite, the middle management colleaque(gwailo) is only 39 but already had the wisdom to buy property in HK in 2007 while I'm sure you know & heard alot of crazy expat.s partying every nite in Wanchai & LanKwaiFong spending half of their income. The guy had a 2000 sq ft townhouse in DB, I didn't check the price but would have guessed if he sold it & bring the money back to England, still he'll be in an unbeatable position compared with same age counterparts...... That's why expat.s that could make a fortune here loves the magic of the city despite the fact that the job is a little bit crazy......So Hongkies, life is full of challenges & opportunities. Cherish them while you can still enjoy!!! |

幾年前移銀London,pls check 黎永滔有說不出感慨,滔哥其實no more talking to the public,不過呈一時之威風,早已給人笑到面黃, within 2010-2012, invest in HKG property market esp commercial and industrial sectors, what is the % different when compare to invest in London. Check and revert. |

以適當的環境及政策吸納移民，當是有益的。昔日的香港和美國，除了提供機會，對新移民並沒有太多幫助，甚至有多少歧視，一樣吸引到好有有心有力的生力軍，他們為自己的前途拼搏同時成就了一段輝煌歷史。今日香港在道德高尚人仕及政客的努下，吸引了另一批有心人，本土人也以向下流或下流為時尚，從言行出位可以成為議員及專業教師講粗口而有所謂專業團體等大批人出來支持可見一斑。我鼓勵移民，為自己及家人找機會。移民過程多數不愉快，失敗了要回流，也可能造成經濟損失，但有冒險精神是移民的特色。為了機會而拼搏，不是為了逃避，無論你追求的是什麼，我為移民的人祝福！ |

其實，香港也可愛的人一面，只是我們只向壞處望，今天看了一個電視劇集，講及盲點，每一個人都有,當一個人集中精神時處理事件時，其它周邊環境的東西都㑹被忽略，這是人體腦部的運作。現在的香港就是那樣，美好的東西視而不見，每天都是看著吵和分化。難道真的要明天是世界未日才醒覺？所有的吵原來很小的事情，關心朋友和家人才是重要。不過，發現原來沒有時間了。 |
