是的，政府出了這麼多招，做業主真的有意興闌珊，有賣了算吧的念頭。但想真點，政府每次出招，無非在振倉，想業主以低價賣樓，那班人上了車便不會嘈政府，而日後你能用什麼價買回物業，就貴客自理了。所以不能灰心，要相信自己對樓市的見解。 |

Like many private homeowners, we used our money to buy flats from real estate developers & finish the mortgages with banks. Never blame for anyone or pay money to banks under high interest rates & Interest Rate Agreement between banks in HK. To be greedy, why not to do businesses in gambling industries in Macau ! Don't mix things up, think twice, please... Business is business. Politics belongs to politics... HIT on strike has reflected an operational management...Tellers replaced in banks were due to the Internet Banking.. |

這個推斷真是斷估無痛苦，可笑及低能之極！QE是炮制出來醫治金融風暴後遺症。如果上述推斷是真，除非找到另一個方法，否即是一定沒可能退！我祇看到越來越多國家加力推QE，邊個吾推就執輸。想推低樓市的抄家想些新橋吧！ |

"85歲都貪得無厭，早落地獄吧！" Oh come on, no one dare says this speech! We are all normal people and we all made mistakes. Mr. Li is not a bad guy, just looking at what he has done in the charity. Don't take it as granted. I bet if you would do the same. Please don't be too harsh on your comments. |
