Businessmen are concerned the lock up period ! Let's see how CY has dealt with his illegal structures in the past 20 years. Right now, we have not seen any details about that. People are thinking CY is Cheating You. If they believe in that, how they (at least young generations) can trust our HKG. Without trust, how we can expect a better communication. In lack of commuication, it means we have to face many misunderstandings in the near future ! 5. If we do not make a mistake, Mr Deng Xiaoping has said that hong kong people can do their businesses in Shenzhen if they find inadequate spacing for developments in HK in future. Now people are thinking back the fears of 85000 units or negative assets happened in HK ! 6. In Taiwan, we have seen the impacts created by Mr Chen Shui-bin ! 23 million taiwanese are laughing us what's one country two systems ! Be Cautious ! Once again, we need to review our policies in land, city planning, education, housing, transportation, population and currency ! |

http://mytv.tvb.com/news/newsmagazine/138727#page-1現時樓宇供應短缺,最主要原因是政治問題:地區人仕,區議會,環保團體,80後他們一致大合奏,齊聲反對任何發展,他們會用各種理由eg.環保,保育,交通負荷,反對發展,令到大量珍貴土地荒廢,令到香港發展停滯不前!!!共貧之 要解決樓價高企的問題最重要是增加市區土地供應(尤其是港島區), 其實可以將黃竹坑,柴灣的工廠大廈改變用途,改做商埸或住宅,即時增加市區土地供應,但議員動不動就說地產霸權,官商勾結,八十後又保育又環保,現在港島區樓價租金高企,怪誰?

博士的提議很好, 但第五點之前亦曾想過, 卻覺得後患無窮. 深圳可自行起樓, 鼓勵港人置業, 卻不宜由香港政府買地, 因两地差距仍大,如缺口打開,便無明確界線, 一線之差, 如何使用本地建築工人而能降低成本,與線外平價勞工所建物業看齊? 此招 如土法鍊鋼, 礸石都會鍊成玻璃, LV都變雜嘜, 港樓再無投資意義, 因地價即與內地接軌, 香港亦要輸入建築勞工與之抗衡, 一旦可輸入勞工, 其他專才也受壓力, 市民交足稅項, 用以積累財富而在文明社會應受保護的物業亦要重新估價, 等如將香港高速歸入深圳. 當然, 想做大官的人如覺得對國家有利的事, 犧牲大部份人利益是小事, 犧牲全港利益也十分合理. |

回歸中央法 若果什麼辦法都被否決,任何特首都會寸步難移,倒不如賭一鋪,將管治權交回中央,得中央派另一位特首來管治,否則,如何解決問題。 雖然一國兩制五十年不變,只要冷靜思考,回歸後,許多殖民地時期的法令和政策已經不合時宜,反而是向前邁進的絆腳石,回歸後政治經濟方面有多少翻天覆地的變化,官員仍沿用舊時殖民時期思維來管治回歸後的香港,難免會搞得一塌糊塗。 |
