表面是針對麥齊光，其實是明剃CY眼眉，雖然麥屬前朝舊臣，但現卻是CY班子的重要一員，反對者為咗數臭CY，麥齊光惟有殉葬。

CY份人係點？幾十年來同CY共事過的人大多對其無好感。仲未上台，就已經霸氣十足，要在立法會打尖，完全晤睇自己有幾多斤兩，同埋立法會尊嚴。

唐宅潛建事件、曾蔭權事件、許仕仁/郭氏兄弟事件和大劉事件等，在咁短時間內一齊爆發，雖則沒有證據顯示與CY有直接關係，但很容易令人聯想到順CY則昌，逆CY則亡！也令人聯想到舊時共產黨紅色恐怖、階級鬥爭的思維！

另外現時CY的對手也並非泛泛之輩，你CY夠狼死，人哋可以更狼，咁就大家互鬥，市民遭殃。新政府就算有再好的治港方案，也會因此變成意氣之爭。

總之有CY一日，HK永無寧日！梁家傑說得啱：CY是新政府最大的負資產。

這樣的答案上來立法院作甚??豈不浪費納稅人的金錢???

有這樣的特首，港人之哀!!

Hongkong people are known to be smart and knows how to find way to beat the system.  Even a thirty more civil servant could not pass the scrutiny of honesty not to mention of any successful businessman of HongKong. With the modern technology and effective management information system, the pass history of anyone is just on the touch of a finger.

I dare to say there may only be a handful of people may pass the acid test. Nevertheless, are they capable of handling the assigned task? are they willing to take up the task? At result, we would not have an effective and efficient government.

If the media and politician continous to act as is, the current government will be paralyzied. Is this what the Hongkong citizen wants? Finally, the China government would appoint someone who has no background nor pass record to carry out the adminstrative job. ( Policy and decision would be directly from central government). If you are part of Hong Kong, please speak up.

Over 30 years, we can still see many cockroaches in the Central Government Offices. It means that world-class payments, stable working environment, attractive benefits with emerging-market performances of the civil servants have clearly indicated that it is time to change !

Let's refer to some, solid illustrations from the voices of the public, and/or the local media in the recent years: 1. Donald Tsang, who has got 45 years in government administration plus Ha Degree, loves to take advantages ;  2. One Senior Officer of the EPD studied the porngraphic films/pictures within the office hours; 3. One Department Head of the RTHK had got many sex news at the end of his employment; 4. One Department Head of Health had a daily habit of eating chickens during the SARS attacks; 5. Dean & some senior doctors of medicine of the local university drunk coffee in the ICAC; 6. Medical Officer-in- charge did fishing in the HA; 7. Policemen were reading newspapers in the german cars on the roadside and counters in the hospitals; 8. Secretary for Development has got an invitation to stay with the ICAC for one night; 9. Secretary for Education did not attend the Yesterday's City Forum of the RTHK about the discussion/queries/implementation dates raised by many teenagers, school teacher & parents on the National Education; 10. C.Y., the new CEO,  has been struggling with his past experience and his integrity...

Today's Q & A between C.Y. & lawmakers in the Legco indicated that many lawmakers kept the focus on asking for benefits for the senior citizens. As usual, it is nothing new ! It looks they forgot the trend of life expectancy, the current Old Age Allowances should be simplified by changing the entitlement age to 67 and the monthly allowance to HK1200...

In Taiwan, there was a former leader/ true liar, who is Chen Shui-bin, had given a lots & served with lips to the local supporters during the 8-year governance, 23 million taiwanese were struggling with his leadership. One word: Corruption.

Now, 7.07 million citizens may face many challenges during CY's leadership for next 5 ~ 10 years. Our leaders,  please consider HK citizens has given a lot of opportunities & a very long grace period for HKG... 

So, Less Road Shows, Talk Shows, More Work...
