I totally agree with Dr. Tong's forecast, indeed I got an offer for sale already in the beginning of 2012, the selling price is the asking price(non-negotiable,  I have no intention to sell just wanna test-try the market)  The deal is almost closed despite the fact that all forecast this year is so -ve that the buyer hesitates abit.  When they agree to buy I also hesitate, where do I find the next mortgage offer with Hibor less than 1%?

At the end, let's wait & see.  If I'm able to sell it, this time I wannna make a purchase on island side.  I just wanna say there're real people out there waiting to buy but kind of scared by the cold climate in properties market & all kinds of -ve forecast. Goodluck everyone in 2012!
