政府应该退出政策令下层人上游，提供就业机会，TT的面红酒税就是其中一种方法， 但是绝对不是给公屋，综援等等福利可以解决贫富悬殊，这些方案，只会令中产下游，基尼係數恶化。

香港比之歐美國家似乎是稅收較低，但其庫房收入多年來極度依賴高地價政策，而中產小業主承受了相當大的代價，教授亦應考慮到這一點。認同教授提到香港的特殊地利，香港除了是中西文化的交匯點，更是過去半個世紀以來中國與世界商貿的通道，加上幾代香港人的辛勤努力，才有今天的局面。未來人民幣國際化進程中，香港是最好的試驗場，因此保持香港國際金融中心地位是重中之重，誰是未來特首都不能再行福利主義坑害香港。新加坡和台灣雖不是國際金融中心，但她們擁有高科技的研究和產業，可令更多大專畢業生學以至用。香港行嗎？政府應多加考慮，及早採取行之有效的政策。

香港要发展高科技，无可避免要同深圳融合，10几年前的大型科技公司，如北电，Alcatel-Lucent，Siemens被以深圳为基地的华为，中兴，不是打到破产或者是依靠美国佬的技术壁垒，苟且偷生。 可惜基层香港人喜欢太无知，歧视大陆产品，以为一个“香港人”好巴闭。今日比人话系狗，如果香港人还不反思，将来真系猪狗不如。

一個無$6000派的預算案反而受大家歡迎,

證明香港人的素質是多麼成熟及叫人喜愛,

這樣的城市只會吸引更多人想遷入,

所以不論在理性或感性的角度看也覺得林奮強的分析是正確的

 

 

The coming leaders of HKSAR must have 2 main ingredients: Mission & Vision.
I support & like the Financial Secretary new budget.
They did a good job to balance the Value System.
People should make & have to make contributions b4 asking any rewards from the tax payers.
The govt. does not have and cannot have the ability to print bank-note.
Those resources are from tax payers.
HK govt. should cultivate and educate the people to make contributions b4 asking any rewards from the tax payers.
Don't open the hands to ask from the tax payers. Some of them pretend as poor but they do not work hard. They are lazy at finding jobs. Just to ask benefits from tax payers.

I really do not think those people living in the public housing are really poor.
They stayed at the subsidised housing for a long period of time,
without happening any unfortunate incidents, they should and must be better-off if they work hard and save properly.
In such a relatively fair education environment as HK, I have met a lot of graduates and post-graduates are staying at public housing. They stepped forwards well.
